Turnover in the building automation and building automation sector is still stagnating at a very low level, although the conversion of the energy turnaround and the promotional activities of the manufacturers would have to change here. Connected with this is that houses can not be controlled and thus the energy consumption can be regulated. In order to ensure the energy turnaround in houses towards the energy plus house, considerable efforts still have to be made with regard to the optimization of building automation systems.

The fact is that today only investment in insulation, windows, roofs and heating takes place, the consideration of building automation still stagnates.

On the one hand, the consumer needs an energy-saving advisory system, with which he can determine what effects the change of individual consumers has on the overall consumption and thus the cost situation. Before a planned change, the amortization costs can also be estimated.

Furthermore, the systems of regenerative energy use, heating systems, electric vehicles and the SmartMeter of all supply and disposal flows are taken into account and their interaction is supported by a control and regulation concept.

For the reasons mentioned above, 3 years ago we took up 2 Hessian engineers and a professor on this topic, searched for innovative solutions and found them. The new approach and entry into electromobility lies in the field of camping and recreational vehicles, also in connection with the incorporation of the SMARTHOME, as we see here a very big advantage in the high availability of ‘charging stations’

Our trailer is with its built-in 20Kw /h battery when not in use, the ideal complement to your photovoltaic system (Smart Home). During the day the electricity generated is stored in the vehicle battery. Energy generated, beyond battery capacity will automatically be fed into the grid.
